recreational flying Wales

Did the changes today mean that Wales is open for recreational flying?

Wales? As in Cymru?

Or whales as in large aquatic mammals presently migrating northbound to warmer waters of the Pacific to calve?

This being the Pacific forum, the latter interpretation would be appropriate to assume.

Both William and Harry are qualified pilots, so possibly.

artschool is in Chester, presumably in the UK.

Obviously lost his way somewhere to end up in the Aussie forums?
