Tandem cockpits spaced by more than 2 metres
I was amused by the recently announced CAA guidance on recreational flying in England:

The third option allows "flights in aircraft where social distancing measures can be maintained - such as tandem cockpits spaced by more than 2 metres..."
The mind boggles. Has there ever been any aircraft with tandem cockpits spaced more than two metres apart?!

Two metres apart looks irrelevant in a closed cockpit light aircraft, where the same air is being shared for ~ 1 hour or more.
Two metres apart looks irrelevant in a tandem open cockpit aircraft such as a Tiger Moth, where it is likely the same air isn't being shared.
(How far apart the are I can't remember, of I ever knew.)
