EASA PPL privileges and restrictions explicitly
My humble greetings to the community!
The matter is that I cannot find them (PPL (airplane) privileges and restrictions) outlined explicitly. EASA legislation is a mess for me. In the EASA FCL, it is said that I cannot get remuneration, but that's it. And I'd like to know what costs I can share with my passengers and which ones I can't. I know there are many who will tell me, but, more importantly, I would be most grateful if someone provided a link to a solid document where these aspects are described.

FCL.205.A is the applicable bit, from https://www.easa.europa.eu/sites/default/files/dfu/Easy_Access_Rules_for_Flight_Crew_Licensing_Part-FCL.pdf.
I don't think you will find a single document that will be any more enlightening on this subject. The closest I could find was this link to the CAA's explanation about cost-sharing: https://www.caa.co.uk/General-aviati...aring-flights/ including some documents at the bottom. As this is UK specific, you may need to check whether different authorities will have another opinion about this.
