An unintended (or not!) consequence of that is that the student pays more than he/she needs to to get to FHT. Six minutes in a trip having the instructor 'learn what a student can do', it a 10% tax on his/her learning. Lucky flying training isn't costly. Oh, wait...

A couple of things. Firstly, don’t get too despondent. Every single pilot is a member of that club. I’ll can’t possibly tell you what you did wrong because I wasn’t there. But some common problems are flying too fast and not looking in the right place. The former results in the aircraft not wanting to land and the latter in you not perceiving the correct rate of descent. And you can not make an aircraft land; just let it happen. But until it does, keep it under control. Lastly, if you don’t like what is happening, throw it away and try again.

I dont think I would be happy being shunted about with different instructors all the time...
Every instructor, even where set training methodoly is in place and used will have different wording, different subjective opinions, could cause conflicting advice which in turn could leave a relatively low hour student unsure, which I would have thought would be more prone to accidents...!
I also believe that it is extremely important to have trust, faith and a good relationship with your instructor in order for you to succeed, having 10 of these would be very difficult to achieve at once.
Look elsewhere for a more stable learning environment?
