The list will be expanded as time goes by and is bigger than you think, as for example, most Jodel aircraft are probably covered by the ex c of a clause, as are many others. I did my IMCR in a Pup 150 which is not high on the stability stakes – is aerobatic – but was cleared for IFR / Night

Problem is you can't get a Pup on an LAA permit yet. Although it was announced some time ago that it would now be possible to move the Pups on to a LAA permits, the LAA currently are saying that they need a lot more time to get the appropriate paperwork and processes to move the Pups over to LAA permits. I know someone who is rebuilding one and he has been told he will have to put it on an EASA permit for the forseeable future.
