depending upon what you are flying and how much rain there has been you might look at Drayton St Leonard, North Morton or Chilton Park (at South Stoke?). I believe all of these are grass fields and privately operated.
Are Benson amenable? I do know at least one civilian who flies out of Benson although he shares an aircraft with someone who works at the airfield.
