Bose Headset Battery/Power Module Mount?

I have a LSA which came with two really nifty "mounts" for the battery/power module of my Bose headsets. They are basically two hooks which hold the wires on each end of the Bose headsets. They're great for reducing clutter.

The problem is that I have no idea what these are called and where they came from - they were part of the plane when I got it. I can't seem to find anything by searching on the Internet.

I'd like to find two more and install them in my 182. Any idea what these are called and/or where to buy them?

Thanks!
