Requirements For Private Strip

My ideal private strip would be 800m of smooth grass, it would have a good hangar with power and every tool I could need. There would be trees near the hangar where I could sling a hammock, the sun would always shine, gypsy engined aeroplanes flying circuits, and these two bringing cold champagne when I've finished flying my Gypsy Moth, or Cessna 208.
