PPL Examination in Spain compared to UK

I'm due to take my PPL theory exams soon in Spain. I've been practicing with PPLCruiser and Airquiz as well as PPL Confuser. I believe these resources were created and directed towards UK CAA exams.

I know that AESA (Spanish aviation and safety security agency) get their questions from the ECQB (European Central Question Bank). Do CAA get their questions from the ECQB as well?

Thanks in advance

My understanding is that the question bank is used for commercial (CPL+) level across Europe - not PPL level. http://easa.europa.eu/easa-and-you/a...tion-bank-ecqb
Airquiz is certainly UK focused. However as the topics and syllabus are the same Europe wide, the websites are still going to be useful. You may find that the exams are split in different ways but the content will be similar.

You could of course do your PPL exams with me in Spain as UK exams which are fully acceptable to the Spanish CAA!!

Interestingly enough, on the SENASA website (organization who places the exams) they mention:

Las preguntas que se pueden formular a los alumnos/as que se someten a exámenes para
la obtención de licencias de piloto reguladas por la reglamentación AirCrew están
almacenadas en el ECQB, (European Central Question Bank = Banco Central Europeo de
Preguntas), custodiado por las Autoridades de la EASA y al que tienen acceso
exclusivamente y en determinadas condiciones las Autoridades Nacionales.
http://www.senasa.es/demosfcl/pdf/MUPET.pdf

Pretty much saying the exam questions are from the ECQB, but make no reference to specific licenses.
