IPad study pack for New EASA PPL exams
Please excuse me if this has been asked before, but I've searched to no avail.
Is anyone able to recommend any decent question banks or learning material for the iPad which will help me revise for the new format exams.
My history is that I've been flying for some years now, and managed to get to skills test level before having other short term financial priorities. I am now in a position to continue with an eventual aim to go commercial. However, my previous exams have all now lapsed, and I'm now required to undertake the exams under the new format.
I previously used the confuser, however now that is somewhat out of date and I found doesn't really flesh out the subjects much. I do have some of the standard books, but I believe a decent combination of background reading and good quality extensive question banks would be ideal.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi there,
I've just finished all 9 exams (EASA). For textbook material, I used the full set of Pratt books which give a fairly decent understanding of the subject. However, to practise questions, I don't believe there is much better than this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...m.easapplexams
Also available on the iTunes Store, it is updated regularly and I personally found that many of the questions were more or less word to word identical. A perfect crammer and well worth the money in my opinion!
Hope this helps
Regards
Alex

Not sure how recent or EASA-updated they are, but I used these successfully during this summer next to my old Oxford PPL DVD's to do my EASA exams:
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/ppl-...516515953?mt=8
https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/ppl-...438731861?mt=8

Try these:
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/easa...689299701?mt=8
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...m.easapplexams
Big discussion about them on the Instructor forum. Relaces the Confuser.

Thanks for those links. It goes without saying that an in depth knowledge of all subjects is a requisit, but I feel there is no better way to prepare for exams than do practice questions.
