Hi all

Previously in JAR when your class 1 medical runs out you used to get class 2 privileges

Will you now be able to get LAPL privilidges when your class 2 privilidges run out

for a over 40 on LAPL the medical runs for 2 years

I know it can't be used for commercial work only private

Also for 0ver 50 the Class 2 ECG is now every 2 years instead of annually.

(a) A class 1 medical certificate includes the privileges and validities of class 2 and LAPL medical certificates.
(b) A class 2 medical certificate includes the privileges and validities of a LAPL medical certificate.
