Thanks very much all - that's been very useful. I am most likely going to go with the internal GPS on a 3rd Gen iPad flying a 182 so the advice has been particularly relevant. Jury is still out re SkyDemon vs Runway HD but this has been excellent food for thought and valuable pre-purchase advice! Thanks again!
