half mil map question
Some of the wind farms on a half mil map have a ring of blue dots around them. I can't see them in the guide at the bottom, does anyone know what they are? Is it the actual location of the generators?

Some, like Whitelee to the west of Strathaven, are so big they cannot depict all the obstacles.
There are, I think, 168 subsidy generators - with more planned, at Whitelee. Europe's largest onshore windfarm until the blades are fixed on the Clyde windfarm to our south, which is aiming for more than 200 subsidy generators.
And, yes, the great gods of planning and aviation forgot to ask that anything over 300ft should have a red light on it.

Crash, they could go to any bike-shop and buy those `illuminating lights ` that work when the wheels are spinning...
