Congrats. The first of many "great feeling" milestones in your flying training.

Don't worry about your instructor taking that as a reference to his/her weight - they're used to it by now!

Though the first is always the best! You will feel this feeling again to a lesser degree, when you start flying other types. You'll find youself with a lot more controls and instruments in the cockpit, and still an empty seat upon which to put your charts. Great feeling!

You are allowed to fly an aircraft all by yourself now, but you are still not old enough to drive a car by yourself.
Who makes these rules???

I still remember my first solo and it was a long time ago.

Very well done and don't feel bad about wanting to shout about it. You know how to find the pilot in a crowded room? He will tell you.

Sincere congrats! Your life will never be what it was "before". There's many hurdles and many great moments before you, but none greater than this one - or so it was to me, at least.

Well done! I can also remember it clearly - although since it was only a week ago for me - thats not too difficult
Aircraft is off for repair now for a couple of weeks though so it will be a while till second solo - wind was across the runway at the weekend

Hope you get up again soon!

Well Done!

Good luck with the rest of your training.

Feel proud of what you achieved today HPSC. You deserve a pat on the back. Not everyone can do it, now you just have to concentrate on doing it well.
