Question Where to go next..

I'm currently at school completing my VCE in Melbourne. For the past two years i've clocked up around 25 hours of unstructured flying (inconsistent instructors/ aircraft) with the AAFC (Australian Air Force Cadets) at RAAF Williams (Point Cook) aerodrome. The company that trains cadets is called TVSA and they operate out of Bacchus Marsh airfield.

Unfortunately I could not complete my circuit solo's during my time as a cadet and have now started flying with TVSA privately. I've currently clocked around 37 hours and am stuck on the lesson before solo's (Which i've failed 3 times).

I understand this is mainly my fault however due to frustration and heard rumors doubts have grown in my mind over the organization and consistence of this flight school.

I'm looking to apply for the RAAF later this year as a pilot and i'm having trouble deciding whether or not I should consider continuing my flight training with this school. Does anyone know the reputation of TVSA in the aviation industry or what they would do in a similar situation?
