More controlled airspace?

Noticed today a large area marked on our g1000 mfd, from Leuchars west and north marked "orbit 9 dngr"
Must have appeared with the last update. Nothing on notams, vfr or ifr charts. Wtf? Any ideas?

Thanks BEagle. That seems lodgical. None of the areas shown are exactly the same but I'm used to that happening with a Jepp database.
