Question JAA PPL in Florida

Hi
Does anyone out there have past experience with learning to fly in Florida?. I have planned the trip in early February and I have passed a JAA medical in the UK. The schools I have narrowed it down to are Ormond Beach and Brittania, any comments please?.

For reasons I won't go into here, we don't permit any discussion of Ormond Beach Aviation, either good or bad.

If you've got nothing good to say then don't say anything at all!! So I wont about those two! One of the places I had the most fun was Orlando Flight training in Kissimmee. Notice I said most fun!

I can heartily recommend Britannia, did my PPL there and went back for some hour building last year.

If you want more info drop me a mail.

I really enjoyed OFT at Kissimmee aswell.

And for a break from PPL trainig, for $250, you can go do some aeros in one of the Harvards over at Warbird Adventures.

Naples Air Center on the gulf coast is well worth considering - and they are located in a very pleasant area for recreation and relaxing (if you've time).

I've no connection with them except as a satisfied customer.
