Question Auster tailwheel

Anybody got an Auster tailwheel cluttering up their hangar, garage, workshop, bedroom( )?

If you have, please drop me a line.

Nope, but it might be worth giving Light Aero Spares a ring on 01409-281578. It's the sort of thing they tend to carry, and they've never let me down yet. Another possibility would be Hampshire Light Plane Services on 01264-860056, who service a couple of Austers I think.

Ta Genghis, tried Light Aero Spares but they had none. Will give Hampshire Light a ring on Monday.

Ta 100LL, the tailwheel I have already is from a Tesco trolley
Tried the Auster Club already, ta again.
The Auster 6 for £8,000 sounds tempting though....

Will definitely call Hampshire Light tomorrow.

100LL, I've got a Scott on it now but was trying to make it more original. Given the cost, I'll probably just replace the spring.

NearlyStol, I'll give Mr. Kirk a try, he does seem to have bits of everything lying around. Wasn't his trip to Oz something else. Going that far in a Cub is one hell of an achievement.
