Given this comment perhaps you and your friends should put a bid in. maybe we would be in safe hands then.

The staff already have a 5% holding dating from the initial PPP.

Given the pay freeze in NATS already in place this year, and it won't surprise me if same is imposed next year following the unpronounceable volcano, I think we'd struggle to raise that much higher

And every airline pilot was once a PPL and flew around in extensive CAS and big airports during their hour building.
What about ex RAF aircrew and direct entry integrated ATPLs?
