LARS Frequency Card
A few months back, I'm sure I saw posted on here a PDF showing coverage areas and frequencies of the LARS' in southern England. I've been searching on here and on Google for this, but with no luck.
Would somone be able to share the link with me as I would quite like to have a copy of it in my knee-board!

Whatever this card is, I hope it's accurate. The most recent list of LARS units I've seen is way out of date.
