UK JAA PPL Renewal - Schools Abroad

UK JAA PPL Renewal - Schools Abroad
Hi guys
Wondering if any of you can help with any schools that you know of abroad where there is a UK examiner at the school that can sign of PPL renewals/re-validations?
I have done all of my training/flying/renewals in the UK and US so far and am BORED of the two countries - I live in Dubai and also dont want to travel to the US as its like 24-30 hours each way... my PPL is up for renewal mid-march so also dont want to go to the UK as its bloody cold and miserable.
I was going to go to Lanseria Flight Academy in SA but later found out (contrary to their website) that they have no UK JAA training abilites.
Any help would be much appreciated.
