Danscowpie - whilst that CB looks as if it is positioned directly over the caravan site it was most likely somewhere over Shobdon or Leominster a good 28nm away. Being a caravan owner myself, I wouldn't hire it out to you for the purpose of crunching tin tents 
but if you wished to use it to crunch a few antisocial, anti-aircraft NIMBY neighbours then you would be more than welcome to borrow it.
