Laa Bb (forum) Fly In Sunday

There has been a lot of discussion on this forum lately about the LAA. We are having a fly in at Sackville Farm this Sunday. All are welcome,CofA,Microlight,Permit,Car,Donkey etc.
If you would like to look at some permit aircraft and talk to some owners...come along.
I will wear a blue denim jacket with a Vans Logo on the back so you can pick me out.(May not be the wisest thing Ive ever done!)

What might not be the wisest thing you've done is that telling the mass of prrune who you are or the wearing of a denim jacket ?

Many thanks to Haztflyer for organising this Fly-in and to Tim and his wife for making us welcome and providing an excellent BBQ. Here are a few pics to give you a flavour of the day:

Yes, a good day and an eclectic mix of visiting aircraft.

Watching the few visitors who ignored the advice of landing half way down the strip reminded me of the ski-ramp they installed at Thurleigh (just a few miles away) back in the 70's for the Harrier trials!
