Flight Training on an N reg

Hi, I have recently sold a couple shares in my N reg cessna.

Can the new share holders do an IMC course on this aircraft on the basis of their JAR PPL's. Do I need to contact the DTI or any other body before training starts.

Thanks
SP

Assuming you have four or less shares (or at least 4 or less named pilots who wish to train), then you can make application to the DfT for permission to carry out this aerial work.

The DfT will require the trust documentation, current insurance certificate, latest annual release to service, the Registration document, Radio Licence and their form completed.

They will provide permission until the earlier of 12 months, 12 months from the release to service or the expiry date of the current insurance.See Here.
