YAWS
YAWS is down. There was a power cut a couple of nights ago and the computer failed to come back up.
Presently I am out of the country and am unable to return until the start of March.
Is there any knowlegeable YAWS user willing to volunteer to sort the hardware out at cost of parts? If so I would be grateful for a pm. The machine is based in Seaford, East Sussex and most likely needs the ATX power supply changing.
For those who don't know, YAWS (Yet Another Weather Service) provides preflight information specially formatted for mobile devices. It has been a totally free service to users since April 2003. Any support from the flying community at this time would be much appreciated.

Power supply v. easy to replace. Start at about £15.00 at PCworld. When you get the lid off the process is self explanatory. Just unplug old kit and plug in new. Small Philips screwdriver is all that is needed.

I thought this was that old joke:
What's YAWS?
Thanks, I'll have a beer.
