Want to learn to fly a Tiger Moth?

If you’ve ever wanted to learn to fly a Tiger Moth then this could be for you;

The de Havilland Educational Trust is offering Bursaries to learn to fly a Tiger Moth.

The Trust exists to encourage and promote the continued operation of historic aeroplanes by facilitating flying training and engineering bursaries. Applications are invited for the 2009 Flying and Engineering Bursaries, details are on the Moth Club website (The de Havilland Moth Club Home Page).

The Flying Scholarship offers qualified pilots the chance to convert onto the Tiger Moth by providing 10hrs of tuition at Cambridge Flying Group (or elsewhere subject to agreement). Selection is by written application then a flying selection day at Cambridge.
