Night qualification and previous night time experience
Hello,
I'm a holder of UK issued JAA PPL without a night qualification. This was my inititial license. I have since obtained a stand alone FAA PPL with a ME IFR rating and logged some 35 hours of night time. In order to fly at night with my JAA PPL should complete the night qualification or is the any way around it?
Thank you in advance!

Section E4.3 of LASORS applies.
I won't elaborate as this is probably quite a good lesson in research and regulations etc.
The form must still be sent off however, unless included with a Commercial application.

Dont forget the £80 for your silk thread interwoven watermarked paper with gold leaf print and complimentary embossed logo
On a serious note do you just complete the form and submit all evidence (endorsements / logbook entires etc..) ?
