TGD Leasing buys Aeros.
TGD leasing, which already owns Pilot Flight Training based at Wellesbourne Mountford, has acquired Aeros Holdings LImited. Aeros has bases at Gloucester and Bristol Filton and provides commercial and private training, aircraft engineers and charters.
Solihull-based TGD Group says that its intention "is to build a national network of twenty five strategically located centres supplying fixed wing and helicopter PPL, commercial and IR Training. The network will be supported and supplemented by in-house maintenance, aircraft leasing and charter."
