TGD Leasing buys Aeros.


http://www.flyer.co.uk/news/image.php?iid=748TGD leasing, which already owns Pilot Flight Training based at Wellesbourne Mountford, has acquired Aeros Holdings LImited. Aeros has bases at Gloucester and Bristol Filton and provides commercial and private training, aircraft engineers and charters.

Solihull-based TGD Group says that its intention "is to build a national network of twenty five strategically located centres supplying fixed wing and helicopter PPL, commercial and IR Training. The network will be supported and supplemented by in-house maintenance, aircraft leasing and charter."

Got told friday afternoon while i was there. Should be good for aeros, needs some investment and we all know how much aviation costs.
