YAK Flying In Eastern Europe

I'm looking to get checked out / a bunch of hours on a Yak 18 as cheaply as possible.

Anyone know of anywhere in Eastern Europe where I can find an aeroplane which is relatively inexpensive to hire with an instructor who speaks reasonable English?
