TFM spin on oil fliter adaptors

Our group is about to fit a TFM spin on oil fliter adaptor to our Continental C85-12 . This is supplied via LAS and comes with an American STC
I am just trying to check if this mod is approved by the PFA ( have phoned but no engineers are available there today )
I know that many small Continentals have had this mod , but to satisfy our inspector I am trying tomake surewe are following the correct procedure.
If you have fitted the ( apparently very worthwhile )spin-on oil filter adapator I would appreciate some clarification
Thanks

Just talk to your PFA Inspector. If no-one else has already done it it still won't probably be a problem to put it on -- that's the beauty of the PFA.

I have a spin-on filter on my Lycoming 0-320 and it is great.

I have an Airwolf (remote) spin-on filter kit fitted to my Cub (Conti A-65) and it is approved by PFA.

Not sure if this is on an individual basis though as it was fitted prior to my purchase.

Thanks for responding
The problem I had is that our inspector had not signed off one of these mods before and I could not show him details that it was approved by the PFA
Can now confirm that it is ... !
From the PFA web site I couldn't find a way to find out what ( engine mods in particular ) are approved on not.. is this type of info on the site ?

Details of Standard Mods can be found here:-

All other mods must be individually approved. AIUI.
