He appears to be using the model aircraft jet engines, with a centrifugal compressor. They sell for about 2000 quid each.

jeeeeze...unreal.

wonder if it has a future....but below normal traffic please.

looks great fun but would be difficult to see fron a light plane i think...

that's incredible. i'd love to do that some day.

traffic spotting - in the shot where it shows the aero plane tailing him, he is not much smaller than the aircraft! just slap some bright paint and strobes on the wing.

He is not mad, as an former Mirage Fighter Pilot he know exactly what he is doing, btw, he is also normal pilot at Swiss....

I wonder if you need a Type Rating to fly it

He needs to up the thrust on those engines a bit so he can do a vertical takeoff and do away with the jump plane....
