Cessna 182 Share available at Elstree

For Sale:

1/5th share in a Cessna 182Q based at Elstree: resident aircraft pay no landing fees at Elstree.

The 182 cruises at around 135knts and will easily lift four adults with full fuel and baggage. It can get in and out of grass strips of 400m or less without any drama. It's an easy transition from a 172 or PA28.

This 182 has long range tanks and a STOL kit. Annual completed in June. New 3 bladed prop fitted approximately 3 years ago. Full airways avionics (2xALT, DME, ADF, 2xVOR, 2xILS, new Mode C transponder). New Garmin GNS430 IFR-certified GPS. A brand new zero time engine is due to be installed this winter - approximate cost per group owner will be less than £4,000.

Full Colton respray last year.

Lifejackets, raft, headsets and various other accessories.

Friendly group with excellent availability and online booking.

Asking £10,000. £90/hour all inclusive and £90/month. Alternatively we can possibly strike some deal concerning the new engine installation (i.e. pay more now and pay nothing for the engine install, thus it would be like paying for the plane today with a brand new engine already installed).
