Kemble Under threat?

There was a report on one of the Local news shows night before last which ran along the lines of Kemble airport under threat of closure due to complaints about Noise and Low flying.
They then showed a clip of said Noisey low flying.
Which looked suspiciously like The Tornado Typhoon display from Fairford a couple of years ago.

I was going to e-mail a complaint to them, but I was busy with a course at work at the time and now I can't remember whether it was BBC Points West or HTV that was responsible for this fine example of accurate reporting.
