I'm not sure that the A230 is approved for use in the UK. The A23 is and you can download the PDF version of the manual from Icom A23 manual.
A google search on Icom A230 gives a lot of Japanese (or Korean), Greek, Australian and Russian hits; the Icom UK site does not list this as an available type.
