Fighter Jet Training in the USA

Am working with a TV company who as part of a project wants to send PPLs over to the US to fly genuine 'jet fighters', loosely taken as being anything ex-military with at least one jet. Has anybody actually flown with any of the US companies offering this who could share comments with me please?

We know a number of places who offer this kind of thing, but I'd be really interested to hear first hand experiences please.

I can be a PPL.
