Missing piper cherokee

Not too sure if this is the correct place to ask this question.(it will be moved if it is not) but i wonder if anyone can tell me if they have heard anything about the Piper Cherokee plane which left Waterford at 12. 15 pm on Sunday 4th September heading for Cardiff..it never arrived.
There was an RAF Nimrod from Lossiemouth and a Sea King helicopter from Chevenor as well as a war ship looking for any signs of it..but i have heard nothing at all..there was two people on board and it was really rough weather..
hopefully someone will know...

EDIT: BB - sorry to hear of it. Moving this for obvious reasons - not picking on you, honestly.
