Cessna Bird Dog

I am thinking seriously about a Bird Dog.

Does anyone have any first hand experience or comments? I have about 450 hours, mainly on a 150HP Super Cub, off tarmac.

Cheers,

QDM

Nice if you can get one! I'd have thought with your experience ... no problem at all

I just want an aircraft with rockets.

Was flying a Bird Dog from the back seat on a glider tow with the regular tow pilot in front.

Flew back for the landing and did just fine until the stick came out in my hand turning final

So either have the rear stick out or give it a tug to ensure it's secured.
