Contact Helen Tempest at Aerosuperbatics

They run The Utterly Butterly display team. They're a bit busy this time of year but they do a limited amount of Charity Wing Walking events in the off season.
they're at Rendcomb just North of Cirencester.

Also the Tiger Moth Club used to have a rig you could try them as well.

Perhaps G- Kest could advise I seem to recall he was involved in this kind of thing at one time.
