Exams and study
I've done all my hours, but the thing holding me up is the exams. I'm so behind on the PPL exams that the first ones I took have expired and I've got to do them over again.
My instructor mentioned somewhere in Bournemouth (or was it Eastbourne? I forget?) where I could go, do ground school, and take all the exams in a week, but couldn't find the details.
I'm thinking doing something like this might be a good idea, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone has tried something like that.
Has anyone done anything like this? Any recommendations? I suspect posting URLs and the like may fall foul of PPRuNe's advertising rules, so PM any links, addresses rather than put them in comments.

Try Derek Davidson in Bournemouth 01202775821
His partner, Claire does most of the groundschool, and is very good. She covers one subject per day, including the examination.
You can also get lodgings at their home, (large Edwardian building).
Hope the above is all still relevant, it was a few years ago.
regards ariel
