This looks pretty good. Why limited to the military?

When this was presented at one of those military air safety days last year there was no suggestion that is was to be reserved to the miltary! In fact a username/password for the site which now seems to have moved to http://www.nds.aidu.mod.uk/aidu/ was given out which still seems to work.

It's fairly easy to guess if you want to 'test' it out.
