When this was presented at one of those military air safety days last year there was no suggestion that is was to be reserved to the miltary! In fact a username/password for the site which now seems to have moved to
http://www.nds.aidu.mod.uk/aidu/ was given out which still seems to work.
It's fairly easy to guess if you want to 'test' it out.
