Hi ToryBoy. A little history lesson now. Old LowNSlow works in khazakstan or somewhere like that, it is very far away. Everytime there is a fly-in, him being a popular bloke and all that and wanting to be there to see us all again, has managed to be working everytime.

This time, I suggested he give us a date for a fly-in and we work it out around that. So we have.

Fly-in open to anyone at all. You can fly-in in anything you like, obviously, the more unique the better.

Having read LowNSlows pearls for the last year or so I feel duty bound to attend.

This I shall be doing in my Luscombe but I would rather make it Sandown than Kemble for two reasons.

1. Sandown has a proper runway surface.

2. I might as well cycle if it is to be Kemble.

Kind words Aerbabe & BRL , I thank you. What was that charity you were collecting for???

monocock why don't you fly to another airfield and give somebody a lift? That way you justify the flying (like you need to, hah) plus you cheer up a potential ppruner.

Pinkster with 'my little pony' I can't wait Does knobbygb know his nickname is 'my little pony'.

kingy are you going to bring the Ebay Airthrappler?

Toryboy that's what my kids usually say. We're not related are we

NinjaBill well it's Paddy's Day today and the fly-in will be in 8 weeks time. Mmmmm cutting it close!!!

Foxmoth well spotted that Ppruner

I'll make a bold statement in a democratic manner and narrow it down on the 3rd or 4th July cos that'll be in the middle of my leave. No matter how much the muppet I work for screws around with it, I'll make that weekend.

Any strong feelings from people who would be prevented from aviating on this weekend?

Did I mention Paddy's Day earlier on. The one and only Irish pub in our part of Kazakhstan has run out of Guinness By moronic Jockanese manager

Pinkster if you've disappeared back to the Minch even Elvington is going to be a long way. Sandown will be practically an international flight

Sandown!

Being a newly qualified PPL I vote for Sandown, should be able to manage that from Thruxton in my PA38!
