Info on flights

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help. Flying Dublin - Monastir in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone knew about the flights. What type of plane / service on board.

27/10 EI7752 DUB - Monastir
2/11 LBT874 Monastir - DUB

I think LBT is a Tunisian airline -what level of service can we expect compared to Aer Lingus?

Thanks,

John

Very similar

From what I remember very similar. However the Nouvelair was operated by Air Comet with a Tunisian flight attendant to make anouncements and sell duty free.

Asked for seats near the front on both and got an entire row of the then Aer Lingus business class seats to ourselves and were accosted by a staff member on Nouvelair return and dumped in business class seats due to young child.

Hot meal on both airlines, usual pay for drinks - minimal delays and friendly staff.

However remember this was an Aer Lingus charter and before their cutbacks!

Well Aer Lingus may have cut back on their scheduled flight standards but this was a charter and it's the charterer who says what is served (or how much is budgeted for it). If the charterer says they will have free champagne on board, that's what you get.

Most airlines have "suggested" levels of service that fit in with their logistics but on a charter they are not the final decider.
