KLM Confirmation of No Show

Hey, I recently had to cancel a trip and want to claim my expenses back through my insurance.
First time I had booked a trip with KLM and I have had an absolutely horrendous time with their customer service team.
Basically all I need from KLM is to send me a letter confirming that I did not travel on the flights I had booked, I didn't cancel the trip due to the last minute nature of not travelling. I have emailed and used the text chat to try and get this letter and the customer care have giving me zero support.
Part of this trip was with Ryanair and I had zero issues there, I put my details into its website and had the confirmation of no travel within an hour, but on the KLM website there is no option to do this.
Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe a phone number to call KLM on ? I'm at a wits end here trying to get this letter. If any has experience of doing this with KLM before I would appreciate any advice, thanks.

There's a UK number that might be worth a try: + 44 20 7660 0293 0900-1730 GMT, including weekends. If they can't help, maybe they can point you in the right direction.

Hello eire25 and welcome to the Cabin of PPRuNe. A good question and just the right place to ask it. Please come back and let us know what happened - so that others can benefit from your frustrating experience.

CEO is Benjamin Smith. Couderc is non-executve president/chair.

Thanks for the correction. It was relatively easy to find Couderc's e-mail address, but I suspect there are a lot of Benjamin Smiths.
