Seat pads

As old age creeps on and with four 10 hour flights upcoming thought about gel or inflatable seat pads to relieve the derriere.
Anyone use one and good or bad experiences please, inflatable seems favoured on flyertalk but seems a bit sketchy to me.

I use one of these for my hard as nails desk chair....works pretty well to prevent a "BSA"
