I'm booked AUH-DOH-LHR on Qatar on 18 June. Having just seen the news, any ideas on what to expect in terms of refunds etc from them since there's no doubt the flight will be cancelled?

Go to their website and search for their Terms and Conditions (also called Conditions of Carriage or Conditions of Contract). It will all be there.
If you booked with a travel agent, get on to them. If you booked directly call them now, don't wait.
