Note: This not an EasyJet bashing post. I'm hoping PPRuNers can either help or perhaps get the message to their IT people, as there doesn't appear to be any way to provide feedback.

I'm kicking myself, as I usually give app updates a few days, but this am I saw a bug-fix update on the App Store.

Updated and saw the message that any stored boarding cards could be deleted, but just go back and re load them. My flights were missing from 'My Flights' (booked by Mrs. ExXB) but got them with rloc and surname. Went to redo load the boarding cards and everything appeared to work. But under "Boarding Cards" nothing showed up. Tried three times, same result. Final time I clicked on the "Add to Passbook (Apple app)" button.

So, no boarding cards in U2 app, but found a workaround.

Edited to add; after experimenting it does work on my iOS 9 iPad. But not my iOS 7 iPhone 4

I'm getting desperate. I still can't get my boarding cards despite the flights being shown in "My flights"

I'm less than a week from flight time. Have checked in (numerous times) but no fr*gging boarding cards.

Does anyone know how to contact Easyjet about this?

Have you tried deleting the app then downloading it again ? This worked for an issue I had with it

I used it the other day and the boarding passes seemed messed up but I saved it to pass book so was able to use it ok thankfully. I thought it was just me doing something wrong.

I tried it yesterday and it worked fine for my flight, however I had to log on to main website to add my plus card number to get the seat selection for free. But the actual boarding pass worked fine. I was using the iPhone device - not sure if it makes a difference.

I hopes you manage to get sorted soon. If all else fails, manually printed cards are available at check in free of charge.

In the meantime try that email address or social meedja if reinstalling doesn't work.

Thank you everyone, I got them into passbook (I'd forgotten that) and I've sent a message to the e-mail address suggested above.

I'll report back ...
