Scorpion on Iberia Costa Rica-Madrid Flight
A scorpion stung a passenger in flight between San Jose, Costa Rica and Madrid, forcing the sealing of an Airbus 340 of Iberia at Barajas Airport (Madrid), the commander of Iberia Flight 6316, of November 22, informed the control tower that a scorpion had stung a passenger, so they advised the medical service from the airport.
What a bud luck for Iberia, I hope the spaniards donīt say it was Zapateroīs Government fault.

The local regional here that services some of the more rural destinations has been known to get centipedes on their planes. One even bit an FO on taxi out from the gate after an epic battle, forcing a ground return. For a few months centipede sightings were regular despite frequent fumigation of the fleet.
After an investigation it turned out the centipedes were boarding the aircraft in passenger luggage. Campers would unknowingly carry them in their backpacks after spending days in the jungle and once boarded the annoying arthropods would get into the overhead bins and eventually the air conditioning ducting.
To the best of my knowledge the problem was never solved but there have been fewer bug sightings, though it'll most likely pick up again in the wet season.

So Iberia Flight 6316 made an emergency landing because of scorpion attack on one of the passengers ? : / What kind of punishment is going to be to the scorpion? Is he going to jail ? And one more thing, how the scorpion get the ticket to this flight ?
