Virgin Atlantic 'call centre'

Wow - after having to deal with Australian based airlines ... well one in particular ... over the phone on occasions I've just had an experience with VA.
What a bloody change. Phone answered in seconds instead of long waits, clear English voice, precise answers and a quick resolution. Excellent work!

See here, sunshine, there's no room on this site for troublemakers like you.

Either post a decent whinge, or don't bother.

Whilst my normal attitude to Virgin is that they are a bunch of cheats, as their web-site claims to sell the cheapest tickets available, but does not, I have to say that my few encounters with their call centre have all been positive.
I like a whinge as much as anyone, but we have to give credit where it is due!!

Are all calls now handled in the new Swansea Call Centre, or do they still have calls directed elsewhere?
I know the Swansea CC has had a fair bit of investment in training and product knowledge since opening.

That would a pity, I used to enjoy to the South African call centre in the middle of the night. They were really friendly and particularly helpful if you were booking to go there - which I often do!
